Fidelity Systems plc, through its trading subsidiaries Fidelity CRM Ltd, and ACR Fidelity Ltd, is a software developer and hardware & software distributor with products aimed at the Hospitality, Retail & Leisure markets.
Initially founded in 1991, Fidelity became a Public Limited Company in February 2000 following a successful floatation when GBP 1.6M was raised via 1,400 shareholders. Fidelity shares are traded on the Plus Markets platform. Fidelity's head office is in Kingston upon Hull and operates from a freehold, purpose built R&D, distribution and training centre.
In November 2005, Fidelity acquired Anglia Carr Registers ( Northampton ) Ltd, a leading supplier of EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems. The Northampton office has further training and showroom facilities and services both dealers and clients in the south of the country.
Fidelity's software interfaces with many leading manufacturer's point of sale hardware and is distributed through a national and international network of resellers and distributors
