LeisureTouch Premium is an integrated touch screen based solution for the larger Leisure and Sports Centres. Modules include admissions, memberships, booking, marketing, bars and catering. Premium has all of the functionality of Corporate but is designed for a single location. Premium has KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), full graphical analysis and a report generator together with the customer status system.
KPI’s & Dashboards
The purpose of Key Performance measurement is to drive future improvements in performance. KPI’s are used to spot potential problems or opportunities. KPI’s can be customised for each user’s dashboard. For example a centre manager may have a headcount and useage based dashboard and the finance manager might have one showing cash taken so far that day.

Using a traffic light colour system for alerts enables managers to react quickly to retain members.
