COVID-19 Fidelity EPoS business continuity statement

Curve

At Fidelity EPoS we are closely following government guidance and are continuing to monitor events as they unfold with the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020).  We are working hard to mitigate any business disruption both for our own team and for our clients and their businesses.

We are open and doing business. We are here for you and your business.

Our team is equipped with the tools and technology to work remotely, therefore in accordance with the latest guidance, they are all now based at home. This will not affect our service levels; we are available to take calls, reply to emails and assist you with any questions, needs and to deal with and resolve any issues.

For business-critical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we will still provide on-site assistance for clients with a live SLA/maintenance agreement. We will, of course, follow strict social distancing and sanitising procedures to keep everyone safe.

If you don’t have an maintenance agreement in place and you would like one to provide extra peace of mind, please get in touch.

Any of our engineers and support team making a site visit will follow all the recommended guidelines for hand washing, sanitising, as well as any site specific processes you have in place.

If you need to review your operational working processes to adapt to the pandemic, things like introducing online ordering or table service order and payment taking, we are here to help you pivot and adapt. Get in touch and we can discuss what we have that might help your business through this time.

If you would like some guidance on how to keep your EPoS equipment sanitised for protection from the virus, but so as not to damage your equipment with harsh chemicals click here.

Many thanks and best wishes during these strange times
