Suffolk SU leading the way

Curve

Suffolk SU – The University of Suffolk Students’ Union are leading the way with embracing change by going fully cashless across their campus and now only having self-serve checkouts.

It has been a real pleasure working with them on this project in conjunction with Gordon MacPherson from The Retailer Group.

I think you’ll agree how great this retail space looks:

Suffolk SU self-serve

“We have been really happy with our self-serve units – they are quick and simple for our students to use and offer a great customer experience.”

You’ve read this right. Suffolk SU have gone fully self-serve across their campus student retail outlets. This is a fantastic way of serving tech savvy young people in the most efficient way. Plus, they’re coupling self-serve with a totally cashless campus. This is a fantastic way of improving speed of service whilst also reducing operational costs. And, it also ring-fences a lot of retail transactions that might otherwise have been made off campus.

Read more about self-serve here, and cashless here. Plus, you can read more from some of our SU clients in our case study area.
