Fidelity offer an EPoS trouble shooting service for clients not already using Fidelity products or for clients who have Fidelity software but not supplied by ourselves. There are many EPoS suppliers out there who are anxious to make a sale but without having the expertise to follow this up with a successful installation and ongoing support.

Fidelity’s GPoS software for instance will run happily on the majority of touch screen terminals currently on the market. If you have an existing system that you are not happy with then we can probably just update the software thus maximising your investment in the hardware.

Fidelity’s back office software will also link to many makes of the more traditional cash registers. These include most models by Uniwell & Sharp.
