British Garden Centres EPoS solution

We are extremely proud to be supporting and expanding with British Garden Centres (BGC).

Our relationship started in June 2017 with plans to pilot and rollout our EPoS and Stock management solutions within 12 months.

The teams at BGC and Fidelity have worked very closely designing a default configuration and very efficient process’s.

The initial rollout was completed on track and the EPOS team at BGC have achieved all of the initial objectives we set.

  • Build a 13OK product file
  • Roll out EPOS to 10 Garden Centres
  • Integrate some existing and supplied new integrated payment solutions
  • Centralise and control promotions
  • Centralise and automate reporting
  • Enable and train for stock management
  • Widen the use of EPoS data to management teams
  • Widen the use of EPoS data for buying decisions
  • Mobilise workers with our Hand Held product and stock management.

Phase one saw 10 centres go live and we are delighted that another six have recently been added and installed over a 3 day period. A collaboration between BGC and Fidelity saw the centres installed in the least disruptive with a mix of day and night installations.

We are now working with the British Garden Centres EPoS solution to help them maximise the system they have and reach new objectives.
