Working with Telepen, we are able to give you a fully integrated access control system.
It works seamlessly with your exiting EPoS customer database. Using either a card or fob, your customers, employees or members can access just the areas you have granted them permission to. As the person scans or swipes their card, they are instantly crossmatched against your customer database.
This access control can be used for leisure facilities, gyms, employee only areas etc. And also for room or accommodation access.
You control everything from the back office software; who has access to where, and even when. It could be that members have different packages allowing them access at certain times of the day. Or maybe people prepay for a maximum number of visits during their stay or over the course of a month. Your system can manage all of this with ease.
You can also apply restrictions to specific cards. For example, to flag that someone is under 16 or 18.
Cards and access can be frozen, disabled or upgraded at a moments notice.
Marketing and loyalty
Data is collected every time an access card is used. You can use this to help with your marketing and promotional activity. It can also influence staffing levels and future business developments or plans.
