Data migration
This first part of a project can put people off, but it really shouldn’t. Whether you are moving from a cash system or another EPoS solution we’ve done all of this before and we know all the tips and tricks to make it as smooth as possible for you and your business. We don’t just leave you to it, we’ll do everything we can to help you along the way.
There are lots of the migration process that we can automate. This is all tailored to you and your existing data.
Training
From a small single site business to a multinational, we’ll train you and your team, so everyone is ready to go ahead with your new solution going live.
We like to do face to face training at your locations. But as we know, this isn’t always possible. Therefore we also offer online training via Microsoft Teams. Or it might be that you would like a mixture of both – whatever works for your team.
Our on-going support contract also includes 16 hours of training provision annually. This is great if you have new employees, take on new products or if you just need some refresher training.
Installation
You will get to know our installation team and they will work with you onsite and remotely to make sure everything is up and running exactly how you need it to be. We don’t just send you a box of everything and expect you to get it all up and running. We’ll be there to get this done for you and to make sure everything works before we leave.
We can also work with you on when is best for your onsite installation to take place. We want to limit business disruption as much as possible.
Phased technology approach
Our solution allows you to build on it and add capability/functionality as and when you need it. This means you can start with the basics and grow the system when your budget, time or business needs allow you to.
Consultancy approach
We have been in EPoS for over 25 years which is how we can work with such a consultative approach. We understand the switching process inside out and are always on hand if you have any questions or need support about what is right for your business. We are happy to sit with you and just discuss ideas. There might be things other businesses like yours are already using that you were not aware of or you’ve seen and would like.
